Smart Diagnosis

With LG Smart Diagnosis the Refrigerator can "talk for itself" using either Smartphone app or by calling the LG Customer Information Centre to find a solutions that may save time and money on unnecessary callouts.

How To Use LG Smart Diagnosis For Compatible Fridges

Step 1
Download the ""LG App"" LG Smart Diagnosis (AUS) from the Android Play Store* or App Store^ onto your Smartphone or call the LG Customer Information Centre. Feature can be accessed on Android or iOS Smartphones.
Step 2
Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds. Located on the front display panel of your Refrigerator.
Step 3
Open the right Refrigerator door and hold the mouthpiece to the speaker located on the right hinge door.
Step 4
Press and hold the Freezer Temperature button for 3 seconds. Located on the front display panel of your Refrigerator.
Step 5
A data sound effect will then emit from the fridge symbolising it is analysing the fridge.
Step 6
Once it has completed its analyses a chime will sound from the fridge.
Step 7
A message will then appear on your LG Smart Diagnosis app displaying the result of the diagnosis along with ‘use & care tips'.After the analysis your fridge will then return to its previous unlocked state. *Android 2.2+ is required^Apple iOS 4.0+ is required
