LG Robot Vacuum - Troubleshooting ThinQ Connection Issues

Causes and Symptoms

  • In the ThinQ app, diagrams are frequently deleted.
  • Suction power or water supply setting is changed on its own.
  • No-go zone setting is deleted.

Try this

1If you turn on/off the main power, it is reset.

➔ Saved diagram/no-go zone setting, suction mode setting, water supply mode settings and so on will be reset.

How to revert to the factory setting

Press the Charge button for more than 15 seconds to reset all the ThinQ app connections as well as the previously saved settings.

2If you want to save currently saved diagrams, no-go zone settings, mode settings and so on, then make sure the roboking stays outside the charging station and press the power button for 5 seconds and turn off the power.

➔ Even if you turn on/off the main power, the previously designated setting will be used for reset.

➔ Diagram is finished as incomplete if it fails to return to the charging station. (Real Time Diagram Drawing Function)
