At a Glance
For those LG products with a download cycle feature such as dryers, washers, dishwashers, and stylers, you can download new and specialized cycles on the app that are not included in the standard cycles on the appliance.
Note
Make sure this is available on your model and that the wireless router is powered on, and the ThinQ app is installed on your smartphone.
Try This

Open the ThinQ app and select the product which you want to store the downloaded cycle(s).

Under the product, select [Download the cycles].

Select the desired cycle, then select [Download Cycle] option. Once the download process is completed, you can find the downloaded cycle for use in the ThinQ app or the product itself.
