Ensure You Meet the Network Requirements
For uninterrupted streaming:
- 1080p HD or lower: 10 mbps or higher
- 4K Ultra HD: 25 mbps or higher
You can check your current download speeds by going www.fast.com in the TV’s web browser.

Check the User Agreements
If the user agreements are not selected, apps and other functions may not function.
[All Settings] → [Support] → [Privacy & Terms] → [User Agreements]1 Press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
2 Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
3 Select [Support].
4 Select [Privacy & Terms].
5 Select [User Agreements].
Be sure to review the agreements to Smart TV Services, including any precautions, before you agree.
Once complete, retry the app. -
Check for a Software Update
If the TV software is not on the latest version, issues can arise in video playback
[All Settings] → [Support] → [Software Update] → [Check for Updates].
1 Press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
2 Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
3 Select [Software Update] in [Support].
4 Select [Check for Updates] in [Software Update].
5 If there is a new software update, proceed with the update and retry the app.

Uninstall and Reinstall
Uninstalling
1 Select the app to delete and press and hold it (for 3 seconds) to display the [X] mark above the app icon.
2 Select the [X] to prompt the dialog asking [ Are you sure you want to delete it?].
2 Select [Yes].
Installing
1 Press the Home button on the TV remote to enter the Home menu.
2 Select [Apps] or [LG Content Store], depending on your TV model, from the Home menu.
3 Press the search icon in the upper right corner, type in [Hulu] and select search.
4 Install Hulu and retry.

Test Another App
Launch another app such YouTube or Netflix to see if it functions properly.
