LG INTRODUCES ENGINEERS TO ITS LATEST AIR SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESSES IN QATAR

Technical Seminar Held for Local Building Service Engineers

DOHA, July 9, 2019 – On July 3, LG Electronics (LG) held a technical seminar in Qatar, highlighting its advanced air solutions designed to help businesses operate more efficiently.

LG collaborated with the Qatar Chapter of the British Institution-Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers CIBSE, to deliver the LG Innovative Air Solutions Technical Seminar, at the Oryx Rotana Hotel in Doha. The seminar was attended by local members of CIBSE, along with other members from their partner organizations, having Building Services Engineers from Consulting and Contracting backgrounds, where they experienced the technical capabilities of LG’s air solutions and gained expertise from the company on the regional landscape.

The event was aimed at introducing building service engineers to LG’s latest technologies, contributing towards their continual professional development, fostering relationships with the organizations to accelerate business transformation in Qatar.

At the technical seminar, attendees learned more about LG’s Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology, with a presentation on the Multi V 5 – the company’s flagship VRF system. With Dual Sensing Control, the Multi V 5 recognizes humidity and temperature levels to optimize and provide comfortable operation. Crucially, this also helps minimize efficiency loss. Combined with the Multi V 5’s Ultimate Inverter Compressor, it enables businesses to operate with reduced impact on finances.

The attendees were also given the opportunity to experience LG’s Inverter Split products, including its Cassette, Ducted, Floor Standing and Ceiling Suspended air conditioners, which use Smart Inverter compressors to keep room temperature at a consistent level to maximize comfort.

LG also showcased its Oil-free Centrifugal Chillers. Available in magnetic and air bearing formats, the chiller benefit from a simplified compressor structure, which helps eliminate the source of noise by up to 74 db. LG’s chillers use non-lubrication systems to maximize usage space, ideal for narrow spaces and buildings and smaller spaces.
