In-house Testing Facilities

LG is the first solar manufacturer in the world to operate in-house solar testing facilities certified by all four major inspection and certification authorities – UL, TUV Rheineland, DVE and Intertek.

A Rigorous Testing Program

LG goes above and beyond testing requirements, subjecting modules to a testing program more stringent than required – all to ensure the utmost quality and longevity. Furthermore, LG has added additional tests such as Thermal Shock Test and HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) that are not required for certification.
