Basmati rice 1 1/2cup
water 400㎖
chopped onions 2cup
Tomato, chopped 1EA
Vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potatoes), chopped 1cup
Green chillies, chopped 2EA
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Biryani masala 1tbsp
Cinnamon 1EA
Cardamom 2EA
Cloves 2EA
Small bay leaves 2EA
Fennel seeds 1tsp
A bunch of finely chopped coriander 1EA
leaves (cilantro) and mint leaves 1EA
Oil 1tbsp
Ghee or clarified butter 2tbsp
Salt to taste 1EA

1. Cook all vegetables and spices in a lightly oiled frying pan until lightly browned.
2. Place the cooked vegetable mixture into a deep and large bowl and add rice and water. Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
3. Place food in the oven. Choose the menu and press start to cook. Stir at least twice during cooking.
