1. Firmware upgrade

This is for DVD and Blu-ray storage devices which are sold within the last 1 year. Please refer to the attachment for details.

To download firmware, please search name of your model in the “Product Support” menu.

2. Software upgrade

This is for bundle software (PowerDVD/Power2Go/PowerProducer) which are provided with products bought with the last 1 year. Please refer to the attachment for details.

Free upgrade is available on each bundle software directly, as specified in the attached manual.
