Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

  • The video signal cable connection condition is poor.
  • The video color setting is changed.

The color temperature is set to 6,500K by default due to its abilities to make eyes comfortable, and it is the standard temperature color for the monitor.
If you feel strong red or yellow hue in the default color, and it is necessary to change it, then you can adjust the color temperature or color.

If you use a cable that doesn't meet the product's specifications, it may cause color or display issues.

Did you reset the monitor setting?

➔ It can occur due to monitor color setting errors, thus reset the monitor to the factory setting.

Did you try to adjust the monitor color and the color temperature?

➔ Using the monitor color adjustment function, you can change the color to the one suitable for the user environment.

2. Select [Picture] : [Color Adjust] to adjust the [Red/Green/Blue] settings.

- How to make your screen more blue:

Set [Red] and [Green] one level lower and keep [Blue] at 50.

- How to make your screen more yellow or red:

Set [Blue] one level lower and keep [Red] and [Green] at 50.

Select [Picture] : [Color Adjust] to adjust the [Red/Green/Blue] settings.

3. In [Color Adjust], select [Color Temp] and change the item.
[Warm] displays a red (Medium) screen and [Cool] displays a blue screen.

In [Color Adjust], select [Color Temp] and change the item.
If the [Color Temp] adjustment item is different in [Color Adjust]
To make the screen more blue, increase the level one by one and check the color.
To make the screen more yellow or red, lower the level one by one and check the color.

If [W/C] is used, change the setting in the order of W1, W2, W3, and W4.

If [W/C] is used, change the setting in the order of W1, W2, W3, and W4.

When you use the same monitor with the same color settings in Dual Mode, the colors may look different.
※ If you reset the settings, the values will be changed to factory default values. So it's recommended to take note of them.
