This may be caused due to the settings of the video player you are currently using.
Try this
1. After launching the video player, place the mouse pointer over the player screen, right-click on it, and select [Preferences].
2. Select Video List and change Video Output Mode on the right from [Overlay Mixer] to [VMR9 Windowed mode]. Then verify that the changes have been applied successfully.
