Is your TV not responding to the AI remote control (Magic Remote)?

Causes and Symptoms
- There is something that interferes with the radio waves between AI remote control and the TV.
- The AI remote control is not paired to your TV.
- The battery of your AI remote control is running low or depleted.
Check if the LED on the front of the AI remote control turns on when any button is pressed.
If the LED does not turn on, it indicates it is time to replace the battery. (Replace all (two) batteries at the same time.)
