[LG TV Screen] How can I troubleshoot screen or sound errors that occur when connecting a PC?

Try this

My TV blacks out when I connect a PC to it.

➔ Press the Windows and P keys simultaneously on your keyboard to display the Project panel and select the display mode you want.

For detailed instructions, please consult the PC user manual or the PC manufacturer.

I am prompted with [Unsupported Mode] when connecting a PC.

➔ Right-click on the Desktop of your PC and select "Resolution" or "Display Settings” to open the display options.
Adjust the resolution to the one that is supported by your TV.

If the input signal has an unsupported resolution, you will be prompted with a message saying [Unsupported Mode].
Refer to your TV's user manual for the supported resolutions specific to your TV model.

I have no sound when connecting a PC via HDMI.

➔ Open the Control Panel from your PC and change the Sound Out setting.

Right-click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the taskbar and select Playback Device.
Right-click on the TV and set it as the default playback device. Then, your TV sound should work normally.
If you encounter any issues, such as no sound or the device not being detected,
please contact the PC manufacturer for further assistance.
