Drawer is not working well
Symptom
Refrigerator drawer will not slide in or out easily
Cause
1. Ref. drawer, freezer drawer, vegetable drawer
-. Ref. drawer will not slide in or out easily if there is a foreign object stuck between drawers.
-. If it is not in line with rail, it will not slide well.
-. If the rail is damaged, it will not slide well.
-. If it is vinyl-guarded, it will not slide well and make noise.
2. Ice storage
-. If there is too much ice in the storage, it might be stuck and unable to slide out.
-. There is something that fastens the ice storage to keep it from falling.
How to fix
1. Ref. drawer, freezer drawer, vegetable drawer
-. Detach the drawer and clean the rail, space in between, and the inside.
-. Reassemble to place in situ.
-. If it is vinyl-guarded, it will not slide well and make noise.
-. If it can’t be assembled or damaged, have an inspection by a service engineer.
2. Ice storage
-. Lift up the ice storage slightly and pull out.
-. When you put it back, check if it is fully inserted.
-. The storage is three times the ice tray. If you put more ice than its capacity, you might not be able to take it out.
