Weak Cooling in Freezer Side
Symptom
Doors cannot beclosed completely.
Cause
1. Doors cannot be closed completely
Items on the shelf or bottle holder are popping out and they make the door unclosed.
Shelves or bottles holders are not assembled properly after cleaning.
Cover or something on the refrigerator interferes the door.Foreign object on the gasket makes the adhesive weak.
Gasket is damaged partially.
2. It seems something is stuck when opening/closing the door.
It is due to stopper structure at the bottom of freezer/refrigerator.
If you close the door slowly, the end tip of stopper will be hindered by hinge, and it will not close completely.
How to fix
1. Doors cannot be closed completely
If there are large-sized items at the front of the shelves, try to remove them and see if the door closes completely.
If there are too many items in the bottle holder, they might bump into the items on the shelves. Try to remove them and see if the door closes completely.
If you have cleaned inside, check shelves and bottle holders whether they are assembled properly.
Check if a cover or something on the refrigerator interferes the door.
If there is a foreign object on the gasket, wipe it with hot steamed towel.
If the gasket has become loose or detached, push them firmly to put back in place.

2. It seems something is stuck when opening/closing the door.
Though it is not closed completely, it doesn’t mean that it is defective. It is due to the structure of stopper so if you slightly push the door, it will be closed.Stopper helps cold air not to flow out through the gap when the refrigerator is worn out so that you can use it for a longer time.
