What can I do when no ice comes from the Craft Ice Maker or when ice is not made properly?

It takes 48 hours after a new installation to produce normal ice. In addition, after a momentary power cut or replacement of the purifier filter, the ice produced may at first have air bubbles or may not be round in shape.

Try this

Check if the Craft Ice Maker LED is turned on at the control panel.
If the LED is turned on, press and hold the Freeze button for at least 3 seconds.
Select a mode (6 ICE or 3 ICE) as you want and wait for 5 seconds, then the Craft Ice Maker mode will automatically be changed and will turn on the LED.

Press the freeze button for 3 seconds to set the craft ice maker quantity

Check if 48 hours have passed since installation.

➔ After installing the refrigerator, it takes about 48 hours for the Craft Ice Maker to make ice normally.

Wait! Here are more tips
All shapes are normal but they depend on the water quality and the conditions of use at the installation site.
Environment of use, including the number of times of opening/closing the door, the amount of food stored, the temperature surrounding the machine, the temperature setting of refrigeration/freezing may affect the clarity of ice.

Check if the ice basket is installed correctly.

➔ Identify the front and back sides of the ice basket to ensure that it is installed in the right direction.

Check the front and back directions of the ice basket and assemble it in the correct direction.
