LG refrigerator - temperature - Vegetables/fruits kept in the vegetable box (drawer) are frozen.

Troubleshooting

This happens when the temperature of the refrigerator is set very low or if tropical fruits, for example, are stored in the Refresh compartment (if fitted).

Try this

Is the temperature of the fridge compartment set low at 1 to 2℃?

➔ If the temperature is set to Power or 1 to 2℃, adjust it to 3℃ or higher.

The fridge compartment temperature is set to Medium or 3℃ by default.
If the fridge compartment temperature is set to 0℃ or thereabouts, vegetables/fruits in the vegetable storage may freeze.
To avoid freezing food, set the fridge compartment temperature to 3℃ or higher.

Refrigerator temperature control after unlocking refrigerator
Adjusting the temperature of the refrigerator
1. Press the [Lock /Unlock ] button on the display window at the front of the refrigerator to unlock the settings.
2. Next, lower the [Freezer temperature] by 1-2 levels.
3. The location of the temperature control button may vary depending on the product model.
In such cases, refer to the user manual for the particular product.

Is the cold air lever on the vegetable storage open?

➔ Close the cold air lever on the vegetable storage. In some models, vegetables/fruits may freeze if the cold air lever on the vegetable storage is open.

If the cold air lever is open, close it (if applicable).
