The steam generated in the oven condenses and falls through a gap in the door to be
collected in the drain tray.
If water drips down from the door and collects on the floor, check that the drain tray has been properly
assembled.
After steam cooking is finished, empty the water tank and drain tray and wash them thoroughly ready for
future cooking.
To check that there is no leakage due to a fine crack in the water tank, fill the water tank with water up to
the MAX level, place the water tank on a flat surface where water can be seen if it leaks, and after a while
check for water leaks.
If a water leak is confirmed, purchase a new replacement water tank.
If water leaks from other places, not from the door, call an LG service technician for a machine inspection.
