If the washing machine operates normally but all functions are not done properly, differences may be related to the laundry type or volume, etc.
Causes and Symptoms
- Washing, rinsing and spinning are not done properly.
Try this
- Wash an amount of laundry less than the indicated capacity.
- Be sure to use a specialized detergent for front-load washing machines, and add a proper amount of detergent using the provided detergent cup.
- If the water quality is good (sweet water), it creates lots of suds/bubbles. If this is the case, reduce the amount of detergent.
- When you use liquid detergents; reduce the amount used; as it dissolves well in water and creates lots of suds/bubbles.
- The high-speed rotating pump impeller can create fine bubbles that make the water look murky.
(Even if drained water looks murky, it does not mean that rinsing is incomplete.)
