When you use excessive amounts of detergent or the fabric softener is injected before the rinse cycle, the laundry may smell of detergent.
Try this
Did you add fabric softener over the Max line or did you close the detergent dispenser forcibly?
➔ Add fabric softener only up to below the Max line according to the amount recommended by the manufacturer.
Fabric softener is automatically injected at final rinsing, but when it is added over the Max line, or the detergent dispenser is closed forcibly, it may be injected earlier.
Excessive use may also contaminate the tub, so add only the amount of fabric softener recommended by the manufacturer up to below the Max line.
※ Dilute highly concentrated fabric softener in water.
Did you use more than the recommended amount of detergent?
➔ Use only the recommended amount of detergent for top load washing machines indicated on the detergent packaging.
If you use more than the recommended amount of detergent, detergent will remain in the clothes and residue will accumulate in the tub, resulting in contamination.
Use the correct amount of detergent for the water level, and if the detergent dispenser is dirty due to excessive detergent injection, clean the detergent dispenser.
