Causes and Symptoms
- Powdered detergent was added to the attached liquid detergent cup.
- The liquid detergent cup was used when adding powdered detergent when it should have been removed beforehand.
Try this
If the detergent is not being dispensed properly, first check what type of detergent you are using (powder/liquid).
Make sure to remove the liquid detergent cup if you are using powdered detergent.
If you add powdered detergent to the liquid detergent cup, the detergent will not be dispensed properly, hence the entrance may be blocked and cause overflowing.
※ This does depend on the model as there is a model that does not have a liquid detergent cup.
