[LG Cord Zero R5] Robot cannot find the charging station/cannot get on top of the footboard for the charging station

Causes and Symptoms

• It may be because the charging station isn't installed properly or there are obstacles around the charging station.
• It fails to detect the charging station due to an error in the charging station or IR sensor.
• It takes time to find the charging station because it didn't start cleaning from the charging station. (unable to find the charging station)

Try this

1Check if there is any foreign object in the charging station or charger port.

It may not return to the dock because it fails to detect the charging port.

If the charging station is placed on a kid's mat, carpet, marble, or tile, the robot vacuum cleaner can't climb onto the charging station.
