If heating is done normally, then don’t worry.
It is better to clean the machine every time after you have cooked in order to prevent odors.
Leave the door open or wipe with a clean dishcloth when necessary.
If it smells strongly, add some coffee to a cup of water (about 2/3 cup) and warm it two or three times, then the smell should disappear slowly.
If the machine is heavily stained with dirt, heating a cup of water for about 1 minute will make wiping the contaminants off easier.
