If the burner cap or burner head is incorrectly installed, gas will not be spread evenly across the burner so that flames will come out from the side or the bottom.
Flames may fly out from under the pot if the size of the pot and the burner are incompatible with each other or the burner setting is too high.
The flame may be unstable if the burner head (stand in silver color) flame holes (burner) are covered with foreign substances.
The flame may fly if the gas supply is unstable or the pressure is too high.
(For example, gas supply pressure to the gas range may become unstable when a gas boiler or other gas appliances are used at the same time.)
If the problem still persists after the troubleshooting, please ask for technical support.
