Due to various characteristics of the LCD monitor, very often, the screen edge has a different brightness level.
Try this
First (LCD monitor edge with light leaks)
Depending on the angle at which the LCD monitor is viewed(visual angle), the brightness will differ.
Visual angle: Refers to the maximal side angle at which you can see the screen properly on the display
device.
At the visual angle of 40° or higher from the top/bottom/left/right, light leaks start and this is normal
due to the LCD design characteristics.
Adjust the monitor's height, angle and so on to set the correct visual angle.
(Height and angle control functions and so on may differ by models.)
Second (Color difference at the LCD monitor edge)
LCD monitor is composed of multiple thin layers, thus depending on the location, there can be a fine
thickness difference.
Due to the thickness difference, there is a difference in light penetration rates, which in turn leads to a
different color seen from the top/bottom/left/right/diagonal line, thus it is a normal product.
Adjust the monitor's height, angle and so on to set the correct visual angle.
(Height and angle control functions and so on vary depending on the model.)
Third(Brightness difference between the center and the edge of monitor)
The light guide panel that delivers lights to the inside of the screen is designed to maintain the bright
part at the center of screen.
If the edge looks darker than the center of screen, it is normal.
