➔ Process a virus scan.
1. Select [ Virus and threat protection] from the [ search bar] in the taskbar and run a virus scan.
➔ If there is no important data on the device, format the SD card.
※ Once the formatting has been processed, all data, photos, videos, etc., on the SD card will have been deleted.
