Model : NP8340, NP8540, NP8740, NP8350, LAS650M, LAS750M, LAS950M
Action
If update fails, follow the below steps.
1. Check Network status again.
- Check if the speaker is properly connected to the network router and ensure internet access is live.
If the internet is not connected, contact your Internet Service Provider.
- When the network is completed, you can see the white LED. If the LED blinks, the network is not completed, try again
to connect the speaker to the router.
2. If Network status is normal, try to connect with a cable and update again.
- When the speaker is connected with wireless, it may seem not to update because download speed is too slow.
- If update fails continuously, disconnect the power plug then connect it. Afterward, try it again
