I cannot control the speaker smoothly from the Music Flow app. What should I do?

■ Check if the network signal is interfered
When a smart device with the application is placed where it has a weak signal, move the device closer to a router and try again.
1) If all speakers are connected to the network wirelessly
When the distance between a speaker and router is not close enough, you might not be able to control the speaker smoothly. Move the speaker closer to the router and try again.
2) If a speaker is connected to the network with a cable and other speakers are installed additionally
If a speaker is not close enough with the speaker connected with a cable, install another bridge(R1) or speaker between the speaker connected with a cable and the speaker with a problem, and try again.
▶ If it occurs continually, change Mesh network channel to use in [Settings] > [Advanced Setting] > [Mesh network setting]
▶ If a speaker is too close to a router, the network connection might be unstable.
▶ It is recommended to install a speaker approximately 90-120cm away from a router.
