To pair your TONE Free on the TONE Free app for the first time, your TONE Free should be registered in [Find my earbuds].
If your TONE Free is registered in [Find my earbuds], but it displays a different location, it may be because the app is closed.
If the app is running in the background, the latest detected location is displayed.
Try this
You can find your lost earbuds using the [Find my earbuds] feature on the TONE Free app.
When you activate [Find my earbuds] while your TONE Free is connected to Bluetooth, the earbuds will make a [beeping] sound.
※ Use this feature when you’re not wearing your earbuds, as the beeping sound may be loud.
How to use [Find my earbuds]
➔ The TONE Free is connected to Bluetooth.
1. Launch and connect the TONE Free app.
2. Select [Find my earbuds].
3. Select the [Sound Play] icon on the left or right earbud.
4. Check if your earbuds make a [beeping] sound.
➔ The TONE Free is not connected to Bluetooth.
1. Launch and the TONE Free app.
2. Select [Find my earbuds].
3. Check the last location of your earbuds.
If only one earbud is lost, bring the other earbud to an LG service center to check the serial number.
If you register [Find my earbuds] on the TONE Free app and close the TONE Free app (restart [reboot], delete recent apps, clean memory), it displays the last location before the app was closed.
If you open the TONE Free app again after that, your location will be updated again.
