- My Earbuds are still working even when I place them in the charging case.
If the case is not closed properly, or if the battery is discharged, the Bluetooth is not disconnected, so the TONE Free and your mobile phone are still connected even if you place the earbuds in the charging case.
Try this
1. Place both left and right earbuds in the charging case properly and close the case.
If the left and right earbuds are switched, the charging case won’t close properly.
2. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.
