Check if your soundbar loses sound after establishing a Bluetooth connection with your device.
- When using the soundbar with a Bluetooth connection, frequency interference from wireless devices such as
routers may cause sound interruptions.
If the soundbar is too close to devices that use radio frequencies, try moving them further apart. -
For devices connected to the soundbar via Bluetooth, play content near the soundbar.
If the soundbar and the connected device are too far apart or there are obstacles in between, the sound may be interrupted.
To connect your soundbar to Bluetooth.
1. Turn on the power of your soundbar.
2. Press the Bluetooth pairing button [ ] on the soundbar's remote control or base unit.
If there is no button, press [ F ] function select to go to the [BT], [READY] item.
3. The words 'BT', 'READY' appear sequentially on the status display.
4. Select the Bluetooth settings of the device you want to connect and turn on the Bluetooth function.

5. If the model name of your soundbar is found, please select it, if not, press 'Refresh' to search again.
※ If you're connecting to a TV, set the output speaker settings.
➔ Your TV's Bluetooth connection method may vary depending on the software your TV uses.
After your TV connects to the soundbar via Bluetooth,
you may need to change the speaker output settings to hear the sound on your preferred device.

6. When this unit and your smartphone are connected via Bluetooth, the status display will change to “PAIRED” - “Connected Bluetooth device name” - “BT” (Ready to use) in the following order.
7. When you play content on a connected smartphone or TV, please check that the sound is played through the soundbar.
