To connect a drain hose, there are two ways, namely, you can use the rear of the product or bottom of the
cabinet.
Depending on the model you use, the connection location varies.
Check if the drainage cap is removed.
In order to facilitate water drainage to the rear or bottom, make sure that the rear of the air conditioner is tilted downwards by 10㎜(0.4in) to 20㎜(0.78in), and then connect a drain hose.
