If there is no coldness, then there is no heat exchange in the indoor unit, thus there is no condensed water generated.
If the outdoor unit is not operated, or there is cold wind from the out door unit, then you need to check gas shortage or part failure of the outdoor unit.
Try this
What is the ambient room temperature?
If the indoor temperature is below 20 degrees (68°F), as the outdoor unit fails to operate properly, there might be no coldness or drainage might fails as well.
Select cooling as the operational mode and set the target temperature to 18 degrees (64.4°F).
If you set standalone water purification or fan modes, then as the outdoor unit does not operate, there might be no coldness and no condensed water generated.
If the outdoor unit does not run even when the neighboring temperature and humidity are high and the cooling temperature is set to 18 degrees(64.4°F), then it requires inspection.
