[LG Air Conditioner Remote Controller] I pressed the button, but nothing happens. (Air purification, left right wind, dust condition, humidity and etc)

Due to use of a standard remote controller, even if there is the applicable button on it, some of functions might not work depending on the model.
In case of the product with the same design, some functions [ex: air purification/dust condition/power usage, humidity and etc] may not be available depending on the model.

Floor standing product

Kahn/Winner product does not support the left/right wind functions.
Due to the use of a common remote controller, the left/right wind button exists, but in the actual product, even if you press the left/right wind button, it will not operate likewise.

※ Dual product supports the left/right wind functions.

Combined (master bedroom) wall mounted product

Separating and storing batteries separately when you do not use the remote control for a long period of time can prevent the batteries from discharging and causing a remote control failure.
* If the remote control is not used for a long period of time with the batteries inserted, battery fluid may leak and cause a remote control failure.
