■ Possible Cause
- When there is a big temperature difference between the room and the air outlet vent, in days with high humidity or when the appliance was used while cooking,
the appliance may have symptoms of white steam(misty wind) and form condensation at air outlet vent .
■ Solution or Settings
Condensation formed around the air outlet vent (where the wind is discharged)
1. Clean the pre-filter on the back of the air conditioner.
If the filter is blocked with dust, the amount of air intake is reduced and condensation may form due to the low temperature of the cold air vent during the cooling
mode.

- Lift up the front panel and take out the filter.
- Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush. If it is badly contaminated, wash it with a neutral detergent.
- Dry the filter under a shade of an airy place avoiding direct sunlight and reassemble it to the appliance.

- Lift up the top panel and take out the filter.
- Clean the filter using a vacuum cleaner or soft brush. If it is badly contaminated, wash it with a neutral detergent.
- Dry the filter under a shade of an airy place avoiding direct sunlight and reassemble it to the appliance.
* Deodorizing filter and TVF filter are applied depending on the model.
Depending on the feature of the applied filter, some filters cannot be cleaned with water and need to be replaced on a regular basis.
2. When there is a big temperature difference between the room and the air outlet vent, in days with high humidity or when the appliance was used while cooking,
the appliance may have symptoms of white steam(misty wind) and form condensation at the air outlet vent .
This is a temporary symptom that occurs when the cold air discharged from the air conditioner meets the hot indoor air.
Th is not a product defect and will disappear if the ambient condition is changed.
The condensation issue from temperature difference is not a product defect.
Wipe off the moisture or water droplets on the appliance frequently.
