- The display window shows [CH] and [Number] in turns.
- [During heating] Pre heating/defrosting in progress
Try this
If there is no wind even after the louver is opened, then there might be issues with parts of the indoor unit.
If the inspection code is displayed on the display of the indoor unit, then there might be no wind coming out, and if it says CH**, then depending on the code number, different areas should be inspected.
Turn off the dedicated circuit breaker for the air conditioner or unplug it from the outlet for the air conditioner.
After 3 minutes, turn on the power and operate it. If the problem persists afterward, then have it inspected by a professional service manager.
During heating
To prevent cold wind during pre heating or defrosting, there is no wind coming out.
After some time, if hot wind comes out, then it is normal. (Within 15 minutes of pre heating/defrosting)
Wall mounted type air conditioner
During dehumidification operation of the wall mounted type air conditioner, depending on the indoor temperature and the target temperature, wind can be stopped.
(In case of dehumidification operation of the wall mounted type air conditioner, the target temperature is automatically set but it cannot be arbitrarily set by customers.)
