Troubleshooting

Central controller is a system used to remotely control the cooling/heating device from the control center.

Try this

16 room central controller

Individual operation

While stopped, press the individual operation/stop button to operate the indoor unit and then the operation/stop status LED will be lit.
While operating, press the individual operation/stop button to operate the indoor unit and then the operation/stop status LED will be turned off.

Simultaneous operation of the group indoor units

If you press the simultaneous operation button then the indoor units of the group will start operating and the LEDs will be turned on in turns.
If you press the simultaneous stop button then the indoor units of the group will stop operating and the LEDs will be turned off in turns.

Simultaneous operation of all the indoor units

If you press the simultaneous Mode button for 2 to 3 seconds then all the indoor units connected will start operating and the LEDs will be lit in turns.
If you press the simultaneous stop button for 2 to 3 seconds then all the indoor units connected will stop operating and the LEDs will be turned off in turns.

Individual indoor unit operation mode change

When changing the operation mode of indoor unit, press the individual operation/stop button for 2 to 3 seconds to switch between cooling and heating of the indoor unit.
During cooling operation, the operation/stop status LED is lit in green and during heating operation, orange.

Group indoor unit operation mode change

➔ Individual locking

If you press the simultaneous operation button and the individual operation/stop button at the same time, the indoor unit will be locked.
Now, as the operation/stop status LED and the power LED will blink at the same time to indicate that it is locked.

➔ Individual unlocking

If you press the simultaneous stop button and the individual operation/stop button at button at the same time, the indoor unit will be unlocked. Now, as the operation/stop LED and the power LED will blink at the same time to indicate that it is unlocked.

※ LOCK : Its operation can be set by the central controller only but not set by a remote controller for each indoor unit.

Group indoor unit unlocking

➔ Group indoor unit locking

If you press the simultaneous operation, simultaneous stop and #1 buttons at the same time, the power LED and the LED same time start blinking at the same time to notify that the group indoor unit is locked.

➔ Group indoor unit unlocking

If you press the simultaneous operation, simultaneous stop and #4 buttons at the same time, the power LED and the LED will start blinking at the same time to notify that the group indoor unit is unlocked.

➔ Lock setting indoor unit search

If you press the simultaneous operation and simultaneous stop buttons at the same time, the operation/stop status LED for the locked indoor unit will start blinking at the same time to notify that the indoor unit is locked.

Function to search for connected indoor units

➔ Auto search

Once the central controller set as the master is powered up, LED#1 through #16 will blink in turns and start automatically searching for connected indoor units for 3 minutes.

➔ Search again for indoor unit

During the auto search period, if it fails to find all the connected indoor units, then press the simultaneous operation, simultaneous stop and #16 buttons on the central controller set as the master at the same time. The LEDs for indoor units #1 through #16 will blink in turn to search for connected indoor units again.

➔ Connected indoor unit display

If you press the simultaneous operation, simultaneous stop and #13 button at the same time, the power LED and the LEDs for every indoor unit connected to the group will start blinking to notify you of the indoor units connected to the central controller.

Self diagnosis of indoor unit

➔ Normal

Individual indoor unit operation/stop status LED will remain on or off in green or orange.

➔ Error condition

In case of fault with the indoor unit, the operation/stop status LED will turn in red and if recovered to normal, depending on the operation mode, it will be displayed in green or orange.

Search for a set group

If you press the simultaneous operation, simultaneous stop and #6 buttons at the same time, then the operation/stop LED corresponding to the group number will start blinking.
