Try this
1. For your safety, turn off the main power switch before cleaning the filter.
2. Using both hands, grab the front grill and turn it CCW to open the front grill.
3. As shown in the figure, pressure the 2 hooks and separate the filter from the front grill in the direction of arrow.
4. Use a cleaning machine or soft brush to clean it.
5. If it is severely contaminated, wash it with water using a neutral detergent. (Do not use hot water over 40℃(104℉).
6. When drying the filter, dry it thoroughly in the shade, away from fire or direct sunlight. (Moisture may cause failure.)
7. Assemble the cleaned filter into the front grill in the reserve order of separation.
If the filter is covered with dust cooling/heating performance may be degraded and may result in higher electric bills. Clean the filter once every other week.
※ Filter cleaning is charged service if you request it at the service center.
