Causes and Symptoms
- I’m using Jet Cool or Auto (AI) as the operation mode.
- It is defrosting or preheating while using the product in the heating mode.
Are you using Jet Cool or Auto (AI) as the operation mode?
➔ When using the Jet Cool or Auto (AI) operation mode, the fan speed may not be controlled.
For Jet Cool, the wind power is set, and for Auto (AI) operation mode, the fan speed is controlled automatically.
Are you using the heating operation?
➔ In a case of defrosting or preheating during the heating operation, the air flow cannot be controlled, and in a case of where the temperature of the inside pipe is low, there may be a section where the fan speed is fixed to Low temporarily.
If the fan speed can be controlled after changing the mode to the cooling or the fan mode, the product is normal.
