Why does the indoor unit louver not move?
Symptom
Indoor unit fan (louver) does not move.
Cause
1. The indoor unit louver may not open or close due to obstacles around the louver or its unbalance during use.
2. Airflow direction control may not be engaged with the universal remote control.
Temporary malfunction of airflow direction can cause abnormal movement of the indoor unit louver.
3. Circuit malfunction or part unbalance may make the indoor unit louvers not to move.
4. Louvers may change its direction for optimal air circulation during cooling and heating.
▶ The indoor unit louver may not open or close
due to obstacles around the louver or its unbalance during use.
How to fix
When a power cord is unplugged and plugged back in, the product will be initialized and doors will return to their original position.
If the louvers move normally, it is safe to use the product (They may not close when malfunctioning).
