Lagos – Nigeria, October 27, 2009: LG Electronics, global leader and technology innovator in electronics brands, has opened a new showroom in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos. The new showroom located at Royal Plaza, Road 23, Festac Town Lagos is positioned to serve consumers in Amuwo Odofin, Festac town, Mile2 and Oshodi brings to eight (8) the number of LG Electronics’ showrooms in Lagos state alone.

This new LG Electronics showroom which will stock all categories of LG innovative products ranging from, Home Entertainment, Business Solutions to Home Appliances to bring its products closer to its consumers in Festac Town and its environs.

Speaking at the inauguration of the showroom, Mr. Mohammed Foauni, Managing Director, Fouani Nigeria Limited and frontline distributor of LG Electronics in Nigeria, said, “The LG products we are offering through the showroom combine elegance, technological advancement and convenience. It promises to bring consumers in this part of Lagos unlimited possibility of good life, offering unique customer experience through the exquisite world of LG products that will continually be available in this showroom.”

He noted that it was important for LG Electronics to align its brand values with the aspiration of the people hence it has taken measures to put the consumers ahead in its business expansion plans, adding that more dealer outlets and showrooms would come on stream as LG Electronics evolves more innovative ways of making its products readily available.

“Consumers are assured of genuine LG products through this outlet and every purchase is backed up with warrantee which we are committed to enforcing. The showroom is expected to foster a deeper and more meaningful connection between members of the community extending to Amuwo Odofin, Oshodi, and Mile-2 and LG Electronics.” Mr. Fouani added.

The location of LG Electronics dealer outlets in different parts of Lagos and indeed other parts of Nigeria is an ongoing business strategy which according to the company representative is largely driven by demand and the company’s commitment to bringing LG products close enough to every Nigerian wherever they may be. The new showroom would not only make LG Electronics products readily available to the people of Festac Town and its environs, it will also open up a vista of opportunities for a good life through quality product and customer satisfaction.

The design of the showroom is such that offers visually exciting ambience and convenience, and it operates in accordance with a tradition of customer protection for all LG products just as it removes the trouble of customers who, before now, had to go all the way to other parts of Lagos to buy LG products.
