I went with high hopes to get this product, but after buying and testing the product, here are my reviews.

1. The software interface is one of the most basic i have ever seen on any home theater, not even on my previous LG home theater.
2. The sound is not as expected considering the power to drive the speakers and the build of the speakers. In fact, my old tall boy speakers sound better than these.

2. The sound is not as expected considering the power to drive the speakers and the build of the speakers. In fact, my old tall boy speakers sound better than these.
3. You will relatively expect a 1250W home theater to come with ARC, but this didn't come with ARC. None availability of this feature speaks to how basic this home theater is, considering how expensive it cost.
4. SimpLink don't work, which presumably was replaced with a new feature called LGTV, that don't do anything at all.

In all, this was not what i expected from a 1250W home theater and also does not worth the price. Don't be deceived, the speakers are crab and don't sound like they look. Hide Review

Sound is so great
I bought this music system in December 2022 and I carefully connected it as required. The sound is so clear and the bass is blast. Please for those complaining maybe it wasn't properly connected.

wonderful sound system but costly
i bought this sound system on this day 04/08/2023,the highest volume I can withstand so far is 40,by then my neighbors could feel the vibration coming from my apartment, am really oppressing them with its effects very soon they will call the popo!!! on me.first thing you need do if you want the best from this system is to increase the spearker level from 1-5 most especially the sub woffers level being a 4:2 channel speaker. I.E
front right=5
front left=5
surround right=5
surround left=5
subwoffers=5
with this setups I can assure you of a quality sound. The dolby audio chip on this set most be unique cos I hear sound in higher details. The fm stero is my only turnoff, above all this is a great buy for intending buyers the monsterous see through designs of the speakers gives your living room a big boy look. i believe the july 2022 batch is the best no much issues with that batch as compared with other batch.

Great design and aesthetics
Sound is pretty fair. If possible, should be increased to vol 40 and more intensed bass.
Overall, product is not bad. A good buy.

Not happy with this model
I am not satisfied in any way. The Bluetooth is terrible, always skipping. This was a bad buy for me except if this can be replaced for me.
