LG Insider Community Program Campaign Terms and Conditions

a. On the campaign website which contains a step-by-step guide for participation, interested participants are to complete the online request form
b. Upon successful submission of the request form, the consumer receives a confirmation code
c. The code will be utilized on Fouanistore online ONLY to make a purchase.

1. This campaign promotion is only open to entrants who are Nigerians and aged 18 or over. Employees of LG global companies, Foauni Nigeria, their families and agents, and any other company (ies) or person(s) involved in the creation or administration of the promotion are not permitted to enter.
2. By following the instructions provided on the campaign website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All decisions made by LG regarding the voucher redemption is final. LG will not enter into correspondence concerning explaining the voucher redemption and product delivery
3. LG has the right to modify or terminate this offer/giveaway as LG deems appropriate. Reasons that LG might have for rejecting a request include, but are not necessarily limited to, the entry including or being any of the following:
a. The use of false or other people’s personal information for entry.
b. Duplicate orders or Multipe Accounts.
c. Referral codes are valid for single-use only and can be combined with other promotions except the use of another voucher code or otherwise stated
d. Illegible and incomplete entries.
e. Entries sent through agencies or third parties or by means other than the campaign website will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost voucher codes. If LG believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, LG will, at their sole discretion, be entitled to withhold the voucher code usage.

1. Only purchases of qualifying LG products made through the Fouani online store are eligible for participation in the Program. Qualifying products may vary and are subject to change at the discretion of LG Electronics.
2. Where the customer is unable to pickup the item within the stated timeframe, LG is unable to accept the request for another voucher code
3. LG will not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the campaign promotion or in respect of the code where they are unable to do so as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond LG’s reasonable control, and LG shall not be liable to provide additional compensation to the participants in any circumstances.
4. The code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The products are subject to availability.
5. LG acts as a data controller as defined in Nigeria’s Data Protection Regulation. LG agrees to comply with its obligations under the data protection legislation. Further information regarding the LG privacy policy can be found at https://www.lg.com/africa/privacy.
6. Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, LG cannot accept any responsibility for any damages, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the campaign promotion.
7. Amendment/cancellation: LG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the campaign at any time and without prior notice.
8. Governing law: The campaign promotion is governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under or in connection with it.
