Turn off the [Audio Guidance] in Settings.

Press the Settings Button button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance].

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

2. Select [General] and then [Accessibility].

3. Select [Audio Guidance].

4. Set [Enable the function] to [Off].
