Troubleshooting

When the screen size is set to options such as [Zoom], [Cinema Zoom], [Wide Zoom], or [Vertical Zoom], certain parts of the screen may be cropped, or the characters may appear enlarged.
If the screen size is set incorrectly, the screen may appear stretched or enlarged.

Change the screen size to ensure the image you are watching is the right fit

Open the TV Settings menu and select the menu items as instructed below.

Press the setting button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Screen] → [Aspect Ratio] → [16:9] or [Original].

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

2. Select [Aspect Ratio] in [Picture].

3. Change the [Aspect Ratio] in [User Selection].
