Are you interested in learning how to enable AI Home Dashboard with your TV?

AI Home Dashboard is a feature that enables you to control various other home appliances from your TV.
For example, you can control the temperature and airflow of your air conditioner using your TV.
To enable and use the AI Home Dashboard feature, you need to register your home appliances in the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone and
connect your LG ThinQ account to AI Home Dashboard on your TV.

Registering appliances to the LG ThinQ mobile app

➔ Log into the LG ThinQ app with your user account and follow the on-screen instructions to add your home appliances.

1. Make sure that both your smartphone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
It is recommended to select a 2.4G Wi-Fi network instead of a 5G network.

2. Install the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone.
You can download and install the app by searching for “LG ThinQ” in Google Play or App Store.

3. Launch the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone and log in.
If you wish to use the voice recognition feature later, sign up with your Google account.

Adding home appliances to the LG ThinQ app

➔ Download the LG ThinQ app, open and then log into the app.

② Tap the [Add a Device] button.

③ Tap the [Select Device] button.

④ Turn on your TV and make sure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network to which the TV is connected.
When connected, tap Next.

⑤ Select your TV from the device list.

⑥ Enter the PIN code appearing on your TV screen and tap the Next button.

⑦ If you wish to manage IoT devices registered to your LG ThinQ account on the TV AI Home Dashboard, tap the Link button.
Otherwise, tap the Skip button.

⑧ Your TV has been successfully registered. Tap the Go to Home button.

⑨ Your TV is successfully registered to ThinQ.

Signing into your TV from the ThinQ app

① Select a registered TV. Select the.

② Select [LG ThinQ TV Settings].

③ Select [Sign into TV with my account].

Connecting the LG ThinQ app to AI Home Dashboard

Register the account you used to sign into the LG ThinQ app to the [AI Home Dashboard].

1. Turn on the TV, press the [External Input] button on the AI remote control, and select [ThinQ Home Dashboard] at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Select Login at the upper right corner of the [ThinQ Home Dashboard] screen.

3. Choose your preferred login method.

1. Turn on the TV, press the [External Input] button on the AI remote control and select [AI Home Dashboard] at the bottom left of the screen.

2. Press the [Settings] button at the top right of the [AI Home Dashboard] screen.
From the [Settings] menu, select [LG ThinQ Account].

3. On the [LG ThinQ Account] screen, log into your account by entering the same user account and password as those used for the LG ThinQ app.

4. Once logged in, verify that the home appliances registered in the LG ThinQ app are visible in the [Home IoT Devices] list on the [AI Home Dashboard] screen.
