LG Audio - The volume goes down while playing the sound bar

Causes and Symptoms

  • While playing the sound from the sound bar, the sound volume gets smaller than before even if I did not change it.
  • While playing the sound from the sound bar, the sound volume gets smaller than before and returns to normal even if I did not change it.

Try this

The speaker protection function is applied to the sound bar product to restore the volume to normal once the normal sound source and condition are restored after reducing the volume in a specific sound source and condition.

Specific sound source

➔ It means the case where the sound source has a too high volume or especially, the low tone areas have a high amplitude.

Specific condition

➔ It means the case where the sound bar volume is high and the signal amplification is greater than the speaker or protection circuit while playing a specific sound source.
