Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

  • The circuit breaker for the air conditioner has tripped.
  • Remote controller battery is out.
  • The vent window for the outdoor unit room is closed.
  • Operation mode is set to heating mode.
  • Filter is not cleaned.

Try this

Has the circuit breaker for the air conditioner tripped?

➔ If the exclusive circuit breaker for the air conditioner has tripped, reset the circuit breaker.

The circuit breaker is usually installed by the front door entrance or on the wall inside the shoe rack, and is marked as [air conditioner] or [A/C], and in some cases, an additional circuit breaker is also installed on the wall of the outdoor unit room.
If the circuit breaker is not set to on, electricity will not be supplied to the air conditioner, so, it won't operate.
