[LG Styler] The clothes are damp after running a styling cycle that uses steam.

Troubleshooting

Are the clothes damp?

It could happen if you are running the cycle with wet clothes.
It can occur if there are too many clothes or the clothes are thick.
It may occur when clothes are left in the Styler after running a cycle using steam.

Try this

If you have wet clothes

If you have wet clothes, use the Dry cycle.
The Styling cycle uses steam, so the drying performance may deteriorate due to excessive moisture in the machine.

If you have thick clothes

If you have thick clothes like jeans or coats, some parts may not dry.
In this case, turn such items inside out and run the Dry cycle again. (e.x. Drying time 30 minutes)
The total amount of clothes that you put in the Styler should not exceed the equivalent volume of 3 tops and 1 bottom (S3**) or 5 tops and 1 bottom (S5**) for each cycle.
Reduce the amount of clothing and run the Styling cycle again.

If there are too many clothes

The total amount of clothes that you put in the Styler should not exceed the equivalent volume of 3 tops and 1 bottom.
Reduce the amount of clothing and run the Styling cycle again.
If the temperature at the installation site is too high or low, drying performance may suffer.
At this time, run it with one set of clothes at a time or dry the load once more.
Styler uses steam, so moisture may remain on the inside and on the rubber attached to the door.
After usage, wipe the interior down or open the door to let fresh air enter to promote drying.

※ After a Wool/Knitwear cycle, the clothes may feel dry, which is to prevent fabric damage.

When leaving clothes in the Styler after completing a cycle that uses steam

After the operation is completed, remove the clothes as soon as possible.
If clothes are left in the Styler for a long time, they may absorb moisture and become damp.
If you need to store clothes for a long time, please use the Delay End function. (e.x. if you intend to wear the clothes you stored overnight in the morning)

How to use the Delay End function
1. Press the Power button to turn on the power.
