The clean floor is this suppose to be under the unit or around the unit. I would recommend putting this at the beginning of step 1 so it read something similar to:Before leveling the unit, clean the floor under and around where the unit is to be placed. Place the washer on a firm, flat surface and shake or press down from the top to check if the unit is stable and does not rock diagonally from corner to corner
Adjust the height of the front leg that is causing the rocking to level the unit.
* Do not adjust the leg to be more than 10mm away from the unit as this may lead to increased vibration and noise.
If the gap between the floor and leg exceeds 10mm, place the anti vibration cup between the leg and flooring to help achieve a level unit. Repeat from step 1, if necessary.
For select top load models only. If the washer is not level after installing the anti vibration cup, add the plastic foot pads as necessary between the leg of the washer and the rubber foot pad to help level the washer.
**Do not stack more than three plastic foot pads between the washer leg and the rubber foot pad.
