How quickly will my order be processed?

A.

You can check the estimated delivery time for each product by entering your pin code on the
Product Page at lg.com/in. Please note that on occasion, such as during the holiday rush, large
sale events, or other events outside the entity’s control, there may be a slight delay in the
processing time. We value your trust in us, and LG India makes every effort to process your
order as quickly as possible.

Q.

How can I track the status of my order?

A.

You can track your order by visiting your account on lg.com/in, or by clicking on the link sent to
you through email or message by LG. Your order status may show one of the following:
1. Order placed - Place Order
2. Order packed - Preparing for Delivery
3. Order shipped - Picking for Delivery
4. Order out for Delivery - On Delivery
5. Order delivered - Delivery Completed (Invoiced)

When your order has been shipped, you will get a shipping notification containing the shipment
tracking number. You can track your shipment through the delivery service using these tracking
details.

Q.

How do I cancel an order?

A.

You can easily cancel your order anytime until the invoice is generated by using an online order
search in the My Account section on lg.com/in. Once your invoice has been generated, your
order cannot be cancelled. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a cancel button will be
available, click this button to cancel your order.

Q.

What should I do if I’m having trouble cancelling an order?

A.

Q.

Why is my order tracking information not updating?

A.

Tracking information might not update immediately. It can take up to 24 hours for your shipment
status to be reflected. If you continue to experience delays, please contact LG's customer
service team.

What should I do if my tracking number doesn’t work?

A.
